Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 orange – juice and zest
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1/2 tbsp Vegan Collagen (optional but recommended)

Method

Add ingredients to a blender and mix well. Note: freezing the fruit first makes for a thicker smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 1 large frozen banana (sliced)
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 large handful of spinach
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1/2 tbsp Vegan Collagen (optional but recommended)

Method

Add ingredients to a blender and mix well until creamy. Adjust thickness with more banana or almond milk as desired.
