What's the difference between Booster and Luxe?
Luxe uses Vollagen®, a bio-identical vegan collagen alternative that delivers the same amino acids as human collagen, 100% plant-based. Booster is our original blend of superfruits and botanicals.
How soon will I see results?
Most customers report noticeable improvements in skin, hair and nails within 4–8 weeks of daily use.
How do I take it?
One level scoop a day, blended into a smoothie or stirred into yoghurt, overnight oats or juice. It mixes into water too, but most customers find it tastes better, and is easier to keep up, with something they already enjoy.
What does it taste like?
Booster tastes like fresh raspberries. Luxe is in the same vein, slightly sweeter. Best in a smoothie, yoghurt or juice.
What is Vollagen®?
The 16 key amino acids of human collagen, in the same proportions, made in the UK by fermentation from plants. 100% plant-based. Luxe has 1,500 mg in every scoop. In an independent 60-day consumer study of Vollagen® at 1 g a day, 80% of people said their skin felt firmer and 78% said it looked more radiant.
Is it suitable for vegans?
Yes. It's completely vegan, cruelty-free and made without any animal-derived ingredients.
Does it contain allergens?
There are no allergens in our formulas. Every ingredient is exactly as listed in each product's full formula.
Where is it made?
Made in the UK.
Can I take it while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Everything in it is whole food, with nothing that's known to be unsafe in pregnancy. As with any new supplement, check with your GP or midwife before you start.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes. Choose delivery every 4, 6 or 8 weeks, and skip, pause or cancel anytime. There's no commitment.
When will I be charged for my subscription?
You pay for your first pouch when you order. After that you're charged each time a pouch is sent, every 4, 6 or 8 weeks depending on what you choose. You can change the date, skip, pause or cancel in your account at any time.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is free.
How does the 30-day guarantee work?
Email hello@rawbeautylab.com within 30 days of receiving your order, with your order confirmation. Send the pouch back unopened and you'll get a full refund, no questions asked. If it's been opened, we refund everything except a £9.95 handling and disposal fee. Return postage is yours to cover, and refunds take up to 14 days. Returns policy
