We love this gorgeous recipe from one of our beautiful customers, @crave.me.baby and her creative way of combining a range of skin-boosting nutrients. These Vegan Collagen Hearts are surprisingly easy to make and can be whipped up in a blender and then either placed in a silicon mould or hand rolled into small balls and kept in the fridge.

These Vegan Collagen Hearts contain chia seeds which are loaded with antioxidants and omega 3 fatty acids that fight ageing, soothe inflammation, reduce acne scars and keep skin radiant and healthy. Omega-3 fatty acids are also considered the building blocks of healthy skin cells and keep skin hydrated, plump, and supple.

These beauties also contain oats which are a superfood in their own right. High in a plant-based compound known as beta glucan, they have powerful antioxidant qualities and help to support skin repair and renewal to keep skin looking glowing and youthful.

Beetroot also makes a star appearance and helps to transport essential nutrients to the skin, keeping it glowing and healthy. Beetroot is also rich in antioxidants such as beta carotene, vitamin C, and E, which aids in the regeneration of skin cells.

Last but not least, a healthy serve of Vegan Collagen provides a combination of plant-based superfoods that help to both build collagen as well as helping to protect and preserve collagen and elastin fibres for firmer, more supple skin. Superfruits, high in polyphenols, also help to smooth fine lines and wrinkles by helping to protect skin cells from free radical damage and photoaging.

About @crave.me.baby

Hi, my name is Jana and I’m a free spirited traveller, dreamer and a food lover.

I’m always on the search for new products and healthy snacks to try. As a travel addict I love to interact with people from different backgrounds and listen to their views on the world. So far I have visited 44 countries so far and don’t intend to stop anytime soon. I came across raw beauty lab a couple months ago when I noticed I certainly need some extra collagen being in my late 30’s 😂. I actually really enjoy using this product for small bites, smoothies, breakfast bowls etc. The taste and smell is great and I’m almost out of my first packet.

I can honestly recommend this product and hope you’ll enjoy my recipe creations on my Instagram page ➡️ crave.me.baby 🥰 With loving vibes Jana 🖤🔆 🍀
