30 Day Money Back Guarantee

We hope you are delighted with your order but if not we offer a 30 day refund policy from the date of receipt.

For used items, you are entitled to a full refund minus a non-refundable, handling & re-stocking/ destruction fee of £9.95 per item. Please note that our Face Masks are not eligible for refunds.

For items that are unused and unopened and in the same original packaging and condition in which you received it, we are delighted to offer you a full refund. 

Please follow the below steps to request a refund

• Please forward your order confirmation email and if a product-related issue, the relevant batch number and why you are requesting a refund to hello@rawbeautylab.com
• We'll then provide a returns address for you to return your item. Please note you will be responsible for postage costs.
• Once we receive your item and if you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
• Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.
